How an order works
- You design on the site or send us your idea on WhatsApp.
- We send you a free mockup and a quote.
- You ask for changes until you are happy, then confirm.
- We confirm payment details with you on WhatsApp and start printing.
Your order is confirmed only when we both agree on the final mockup and the quote in writing (WhatsApp or email counts).
Your designs and photos
Only send logos, photos and artwork you have the right to use, like your own photos, your society or company logo, or art you made or paid for. We may say no to designs that copy someone else's brand or are offensive. Your designs stay yours. We won't reuse them, and we'll only post photos of your order on our pages if you say it's okay.
Approving the mockup
Please check spellings, names, dates, colours and sizes carefully. What you approve is what we print. Colours on screens can look slightly different from fabric and paper.
Changes and cancellations
You can change or cancel anything free before you approve the final mockup. Once printing has started, the items are made just for you, so we can't cancel them, but talk to us and we will try to help.
If something goes wrong
Misprints, damage or wrong items are on us. See returns and replacements for how we fix it.
Timelines
We agree your timeline with you on WhatsApp before you order, based on your date and the product. See shipping.
The boring but important bit
These terms follow Indian law. If you have any problem with an order, message us first. Most things get sorted in one chat.
